Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal information Imbali Capital LLC collects through imbalicapital.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Messages you send us through the contact form: your name, email address, organisation and message.
• Your email subscription, if you sign up for research and firm updates: your email address, your first name if you give it, and when and where on the site you signed up.
• Pre-qualification answers, if you complete the investor form: your name, contact details, country, how you are investing, the basis of your accredited status and how you know the firm.
• Basic technical data that any web server receives, such as your IP address and browser type, kept in short-lived logs for security and to prevent abuse.

What we do not do

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, we do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use your information for marketing to third parties.

How we use it

To reply to you, to send the research notes and firm news you asked for, to assess whether a conversation about investing is appropriate, to meet legal and regulatory obligations, and to keep the Site secure.

Research and firm updates

If you subscribe, we email you when we publish new research or have firm news. These emails never contain investment offers. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by writing to ir@imbalicapital.com. After you unsubscribe we keep only a record that you did, so we never email you again by mistake.

Where it is kept

Information is stored with our cloud provider in the United States, with access limited to the firm. We keep messages and pre-qualification answers for as long as needed for these purposes and to meet record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

You may ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to ir@imbalicapital.com. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires.
